Approach and anchoring
Scituate Harbour is entered through a dredged channel between two breakwaters off Cedar Point. A lighted gong buoy lies about 0.7 mile east of the north breakwater. Depths run from 3 to 8 feet through the harbour, so plan the approach near high water with deeper draught.
Practical
Slips and moorings, plus boat brokerage, winter storage and maintenance. The marina sits among the cluster of yards lining the harbour's west shore, with the Scituate Harbour Marina berths just to the north.
History
Bulman Marine runs several yards on the South Shore, including sites at the Quarterdeck on Front Street and at Kings Landing in Norwell.
