Groix, Lorient and the rias: a weekend from Lorient

14 lieux · Morbihan

Groix lies 6 miles off Lorient: Port-Tudy for the night, Locmaria and the Grands Sables for a sunny anchorage, Port-Lay for the tender. On the mainland, the Lorient roadstead has four harbours (Kernével, Port-Louis, Pen-Mané, Lorient centre) and two rias to explore, the Blavet and the Scorff. Eastwards, the rias of Étel, Bélon and Doëlan are one-tide stopovers.
