Approach and anchoring

Approach from seaward by identifying the creek opening between limestone cliffs. Maximum draught 1 m, so deeper yachts should anchor outside. The inlet is exposed to southerly swell and the mistral funnels down from the north.

Practical

About 50 berths, mostly held by local members. Visitor space is very limited and not guaranteed. No fuel on site. Nearest shops and train station at Ensuès-la-Redonne, roughly 1 km inland.

Ashore

Calanque du Petit Méjean lies 0.3 nm east and Calanque d'Ensuès-la-Redonne 0.5 nm west, both reachable on foot via the GR 51 coastal path. The Côte Bleue marine park, a no-take zone set up in 1983, protects seagrass and grouper populations along this shore.
