Approach and anchoring
Approach from the south, entrance between two jetties with red and green lights. Exposed to southerly swell in strong weather. Maximum draught 4 m. The Côte Bleue railway viaduct crosses the inland valley behind the port. VHF channel 9.
Practical
570 berths on pontoons with water and electricity. Fuel berth with diesel and petrol. Sanitary blocks with showers. Shops, bakery and supermarket in the village centre at 200 m from the quays.
Ashore
Marine park of the Côte Bleue, protected area for underwater fauna, extending from Carry to Niolon, diving and snorkelling spots along the coast. Coastal path to Sausset-les-Pins at 1.9 nautical miles west, marked GR 51. Train station on the Marseille to Miramas line at 500 m, direct service to Marseille-Saint-Charles in 40 minutes.
Story
The Oursinades festival takes place every Sunday of February on the port quays, celebrating the sea urchin season with tasting stands set up directly on the pontoons.
