Guide

Approach and anchoring

Open approach from the north. Anchor on sand by 3 to 8 metres north and east of the marina breakwater. Holding good. Shelter from the north-eastern sector, exposed to winds from the south and west which make the bay untenable in libeccio.

Practical

Water available ashore at Port Eugène Ceccaldi, 0.2 NM to the west, with fuel, electricity and shops within the marina complex. Calvi 4 NM to the south-west.

Ashore

Plage de Sant'Ambrogio, sand beach of about 400 metres directly behind the anchorage. Resort with restaurants, grocery and bakery around the marina. Train station of the CFC metric-gauge line at Sant'Ambrogio, linking Calvi, Île-Rousse and Ponte-Leccia.
