Approach and anchoring
Approach across the Arcachon Bay from the Teychan channel. The bay dries over wide banks at low water, so time arrival within two hours of high water. Local markers lead in from the main channel. Check tide tables before committing to the final approach.
Practical
Diesel available on the fuel berth. Water and electricity on the pontoons. Club Nautique Taussat-Cassy lies 0.5 NM to the SE and Port du Bétey 1.1 NM to the NW if space is tight.
