Large family marina on Town Farm Bay, Vermont shore of Lake Champlain, midway between Burlington and the Vergennes basin.

Approach and anchoring
Approach from the broad lake into Town Farm Bay; shelter from southerly winds but some fetch from the north. Boats accepted up to 75 feet length, 20 feet beam and 2.4 metres draught. No tide.
Practical
200 seasonal berths and 105 moorings. Fuel berth with petrol and diesel, pump-out, 30 and 50 amp shore power, showers and toilets, laundry. Ship store with groceries, ice and chandlery. 35-ton travel lift and six factory-trained technicians on site year-round.
Ashore
Sandy beach, swimming area, water trampoline, volleyball court and playground at the marina. Kayak and paddleboard hire. Mt Philo State Park, with a road and trails to a 296 m summit and lake views, is about 5 km inland from the marina.
