Guide
Approach and anchoring
Approach from the south on a rising tide. Mixed sand and rock bottom, so pick a clear sand patch before letting go to avoid fouling the anchor on stone. Sheltered from NW through N to NE; exposed to southerly winds that build quickly in the Mor-Braz.
Practical
Day anchorage only. Port de Saint-Gildas lies 1 nm E for shelter, and Port de l'Argol is 5.1 nm SE as a secondary refuge.
