Approach and anchoring
Mount Sinai Harbour is entered from Long Island Sound through an inlet between two jetties, marked at their ends by private lights. Pick up the red and white buoy M north of the inlet. The channel shoals and turns sharply east inside; a 2ft shoal sets off the Cedar Beach side.
Practical
99 berths and a fuel berth with petrol and diesel. Showers, a full-service restaurant and bar, outdoor barbecues. Cedar Beach, on Long Island Sound, is a short walk across the road.
Ashore
Cedar Beach faces Long Island Sound directly across Harbor Beach Road, with swimming a short walk from the club. Old Man's Boat Yard and Ralph's Fishing Station sit within 0.1 mile along the harbour.
