Guide
Approach and anchoring
Approach from the east between Ile Balanec and Ile Ozac'h on a rising tide. Rocks awash at half tide, careful pilotage required. The bay dries partially on big springs.
Practical
Forain anchoring only, no pontoon. Village of Buguelès on the shore, small shop and creperie. Port-Blanc marina 1,4 NM W gives all-weather shelter on fore-and-aft moorings.
Ashore
Coastal path GR 34 passes the hamlet and leads west to the chapel of Saint-Gonery at Plougrescant, 4 km, famous for its leaning lead-covered spire. Beach of Port-Blanc 1,5 km along the path.
