Approach and anchoring
Approach from the N or NE across the Rade d'Hyeres. Sand bottom with patches of posidonia, anchor on the clear sand only to comply with the seagrass protection rules of Port-Cros National Park influence zone. Protected from N, NE, W and NW winds. Exposed to the south and east.
Practical
Water available ashore. Port du Niel 0.1 nm to the N is a very small fishing harbour with limited visitor space. Port Auguier 0.9 nm to the E.

The Giens peninsula tombolo and salt pans lie to the west. Coastal path around the peninsula, with views over the Iles d'Hyeres.
