Enter the bay between the Pointe de Mousterlin to the west and Beg Meil to the east. Watch for the rocky shoals off Beg Meil, marked by cardinal buoys. Penfoulic 0.9 NM north and Cap Coz 1 NM north lie inside the bay for closer shelter.
Practical
Forain anchorage on sand, no facilities on site. Port-la-Forêt marina further up the bay provides full services, fuel and a boatyard.
