Approach and anchoring
Entry from the Baie de la Forêt, rounding Cap Coz into the bay. Shallow approach drying extensively at low water, enter above half-flood. Follow the buoyed channel, avoid the oyster beds on the south side. VHF 9 for Port-la-Forêt harbour office if needed.
Practical
Cale de Penfoulic 0.2 NM south for tender landing. Port-la-Forêt marina further west for full services, 800 visitor berths, fuel, chandlery and yard. Shops in Fouesnant at 2 km.
Ashore
Cap Coz sandy beach 0.6 NM east, 1 km long, swimming supervised in July-August. Coastal footpath GR 34 along the bay. Fouesnant market on Friday morning, cider AOC Cornouaille produced around the commune.
