Approach and anchoring
Enter from the south-east. The anchorage sits roughly 3.9 nautical miles west of Audierne. Anchor on sand in 3 to 5 metres. Exposure is limited to winds from the south and south-east. Swell runs in with any southerly fetch.
Practical
Water available ashore. No fuel, no chandlery. Nearest full-service harbour is Audierne, 3.9 NM east, then Pors Poulhan, 7.3 NM east.
Ashore
Plage du Loc'h on the west side of the cove, with freshwater pond behind the shingle bar. GR 34 coastal path passes along the dune. Village of Plozévet with shops and café 2 km inland.
