Approach and anchoring
Approach from the south by rounding the Pointe de Lervily. The cove lies about 2.5 nautical miles west of Audierne. No buoyage on the anchorage itself. Anchor on sand in 3 to 6 metres at low water. Swell from the Atlantic rolls in easily once wind turns to the west.
Practical
Forain anchorage with no services. Nearest harbour for water, fuel and provisions is Audierne, 2.5 NM east, or Port de Pors Poulhan, 5.6 NM east.
Ashore
Coastal footpath GR 34 runs along the cliffs above the cove. Audierne town centre with bakery, market and chandler reachable by dinghy and a 30 minute walk from the harbour.
