Guide
Approach and anchoring
Approach from offshore in daylight. Rock bottom, tricky holding. The sand patches are hard to make out and crews diving on the anchor have found granite beneath them, so a line ashore is the safer hold. Protected from E and SE, open and exposed to the W and NW where the prevailing swell comes from. Tizzano shelter 3.1 NM to the SE, Port de Propriano 8.2 NM NE.
Practical
No services. Day stop only, leave before a westerly blow. Propriano has a full marina with diesel, water and provisioning.
