Approach and anchoring

Reached from the Atlantic through the jettied Shark River Inlet, then the North Channel to Seaview Island. The Ocean Avenue bascule bridge has 15ft closed clearance and opens on demand. The site is well sheltered from open-water swell.

Practical

170 berths with 30 and 50 amp shore power, dockside water and cable, taking vessels to 65ft. A 35-ton travel lift handles haul-out and yard work, with a 60ft maximum beam. Heads, showers and laundry are open 24 hours. Shops, restaurants and beaches are within walking distance.
