Approach and anchoring
Wide and easy approach from the south between the Pointe de la Baumette and the Pointe du Dramont. 50 boats capacity on sand patches between seagrass, pick a clear patch for holding. Open to southerly winds. VHF 9 for Port d'Agay, 0.2 NM to the west.
Practical
Water available. Shops, restaurants and train station of Agay within 500 metres of the port. Port du Poussaï at 1.2 NM to the SW for a smaller alternative.
Ashore
Red rocks of the Esterel massif around the bay, formed of volcanic rhyolite. Coastal path from the anchorage along the shore to the Pointe de Baumette in 30 minutes on foot. Train station of Agay on the Marseille to Vintimille line for day trips to Cannes or Saint-Raphaël.
