Approach and anchoring
Approach from the south into the Rade d'Agay, a deep inlet cut into the red porphyry of the Estérel. Maximum draught 1.2 m limits access to smaller craft. Shelter from mistral and W winds inside the cove, exposure to SE swell at the entrance. Port d'Agay lies 1.1 nm north for deeper-draught vessels.
Practical
90 berths, mostly for local boats and shallow-draught visitors. Water and electricity on pontoons. Village shops and restaurants within walking distance around the Rade d'Agay.
Ashore
Sentier du littoral along the red cliffs of the Estérel starts from the cove. Plage d'Agay sand beach at the head of the bay, around 400 m. Massif de l'Estérel hiking trails accessible from the coast road.
