Approach and anchoring
The club lies on the Piscataqua near Portsmouth Harbour, where the tidal stream runs 4 to 5 knots. Hail the club on VHF 78 for help picking up a mooring. Visitor moorings take vessels up to 15 metres, both off the club and across the river in Pepperrell Cove.
Practical
A launch service runs from the club at New Castle and from the Kittery town dock and is included in the mooring fee. There is a fuel berth selling petrol. Summer hours run daily from 0800 to 2000.
