Approach and anchoring
Enter Port Townsend Bay from the north between Point Wilson and Marrowstone Island, then run south for about 4 nautical miles. The marina sits behind a rock breakwater on the west shore. Watch for shoaling near Skunk Island to the north-east.
Practical
Around 160 berths on floating pontoons, vessels up to 18 metres. Shore power and fresh water at every berth. Showers, laundry, pump-out and a fuel berth with diesel and petrol. On-site boatyard with travel lift, plus chandlery and restaurant. Public launch ramp for boats up to 8 metres.
Ashore
The Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding is on the marina grounds, with open days during the year. Hadlock village shops and grocery at 1.5 km. Fort Flagler State Park, a former coastal artillery post with trails and beaches, is 3.8 nautical miles north.
