Approach and anchoring
Approach from the NE between Les Hors and Madeux buoyed shoals. Entrance lit at the tip of the two breakwaters, safe at all tides thanks to a minimum 3.5 m depth in the basin. VHF 9 for the harbour office. Watch for strong tidal streams off Cap d'Erquy when coming from the E.
Practical
1,030 berths on pontoons, fuel berth with diesel and petrol, water and electricity on all pontoons, sanitary blocks with showers, boatyard with travel lift. Capitainerie open year-round. Shops, restaurants and supermarket within the Saint-Quay old town 700 m south of the marina.
Ashore
GR34 coastal path passes the breakwater, leading N to Plage du Casino 400 m away and S to Plage de la Comtesse at 1 km. Scallop fishing port with daily catch auction next to the marina. Casino and seafront promenade in Saint-Quay-Portrieux centre at 700 m.
