Guide
Approach and anchoring
Anchoring is forbidden to protect the Posidonia meadows. Porquerolles village harbour sits 0.3 nm to the east and takes visiting yachts on mooring buoys. Port Auguier on the Giens peninsula lies 2.5 nm NW if the buoy field is full.
Practical
No services on site. The sandy bottom shelves gently but the ZMEL regulation requires picking up a marked ecological buoy rather than dropping anchor. Buoys are managed by the Parc national de Port-Cros and bookable via the Bonjour Porquerolles system.
