Approach and anchoring
Approach from the south along the cliffs of Porquerolles. Protected from N, NE, E, SE, S and NW by the cliffs. Exposed to the SW libeccio. Rock bottom, holding variable; pick a sand patch if possible.
Practical
Port d'Auguier on the north shore of Porquerolles is 3,3 milles to the NW with visitor berths. Port de Porquerolles village is 1 mille to the N. Anchoring and mooring inside the national park are regulated; consult the current park order before mouillage.
Ashore
Inside the Parc national de Port-Cros, one of the oldest marine parks in Europe, created in 1963. Sentier des douaniers runs along the clifftops from the cove to the village of Porquerolles and to the Cap des Mèdes.
