Approach and anchoring
Approach from the north through the Roscoff bay, keeping clear of the rocks marking the western side. Pick up a visitor buoy rather than anchoring due to kelp patches. Shelter holds from NE, E and SE winds; exposed to W and NW.
Practical
Water available ashore. No fuel or chandlery on site. Port de plaisance de Roscoff-Bloscon lies 3.1 nm NW for full services, Port Diben 4.6 nm NE as alternate refuge.
Ashore
Short walk to Roscoff old town with 16th century granite houses and the Notre-Dame-de-Croaz-Batz church. Île de Batz ferry from the Vieux Port. Station biologique de Roscoff open to visitors on the waterfront.
