Approach and anchoring
Approach from the south on a clear bearing. Bottom is sand with patches of posidonia: check the set of the anchor and drop on sand only. Shelter from NW, N and W behind the peninsula, exposed to the S and SE swell. Saint-Elme 1.5 NM NE for a safer refuge.
Practical
Day stop for swimming. No mooring buoys, no services. Cross the peninsula on foot to reach Saint-Mandrier village for shops.
