Approach and anchoring
The mooring field sits inside Wilson Cove off Wilson Point, sheltered by Sheffield, Tavern and Bell Islands. Call the club launch on VHF channel 78A under the name Norwalk Yacht Club. Launch service runs daily through the summer season.
Practical
There are 157 moorings, with guest moorings let to visitors at 70 US dollars per night for vessels up to 50 feet. Card and cash are accepted. The renovated clubhouse offers facilities ashore.
History
Norwalk Yacht Club was founded in 1894 and runs a long-established junior and adult sailing programme alongside racing and cruising.
