The anchorage sits inside the Norwalk Islands, near the charted Raymond Rocks hazard. Mud bottom with fair holding. Sheltered from N through W and partly from S, but open to easterly winds and to wakes from the nearby channel.
Practical
Norwalk Cove Marina lies about 0.9 nm north, with fuel, water and a boatyard, and Sprite Island Yacht Club is around 1.4 nm north. Provisions and restaurants are reachable ashore at East Norwalk.
