Approach and anchoring
The marina lies just inside Government Cut, the main inlet between the Atlantic and the Intracoastal Waterway. No fixed bridges and deep water throughout, with direct runs to Biscayne Bay and the Florida Keys. VHF 16, working channel 68.
Practical
Berths carry fresh water, shore power, telephone and cable hook-ups. A fuel berth supplies petrol and diesel with bulk discounts. Customs and immigration clearance on site, plus 24-hour security, laundry, WiFi and a swimming pool.
Ashore
South Pointe Park, a 17-acre waterfront park with a fishing pier and views over Government Cut, sits about 0.2 miles from the marina. The restaurants and shops of the South of Fifth district are within walking distance.
