Guide
Approach and anchoring
Government Cut links the marina to the Atlantic in minutes and to Biscayne Bay for sheltered anchoring. There are no fixed bridges between the marina and the ocean, so the entrance suits tall rigs and large motor yachts. Approach depths run around 12 metres of water on the cut. The harbour office monitors VHF for berthing.
Practical
400 berths taking vessels up to 250 ft, with around 3.66 m alongside. Shore power, fresh water, cable and WiFi at the pontoons. A fuel berth supplies petrol and diesel. Customs and immigration clearance, 24-hour security, laundry and a swimming pool on site. One Island Park Marina lies 0.5 NM to the W.
