Approach and anchoring
Approach from the north between Île du Perron and the rocks of Les Hébihens. Buoy mooring, mixed sand and algae holding. Sheltered from westerly, southerly and south-easterly winds by the coast. Exposed to northerly swell. Port de Saint-Briac 0.3 NM to the NE in case the wind veers north.
Practical
Seasonal moorings managed by the commune. Port de Saint-Briac 0.3 NM NE with a small marina at the mouth of the Frémur, dries at low water. Port du Châtelet 1.8 NM SW as an alternative. Shops and restaurants in Saint-Briac village, 500 m from the beach.
Ashore
GR34 coastal path, the former sentier des douaniers, runs along the cliffs. Saint-Briac 18-hole golf course on the headland, one of the oldest links in France, founded in 1889. Beach of Longchamp extending west towards Lancieux.
