Guide
Approach and anchoring
Sand and weed bottom, holding variable over posidonia. Sheltered from W through S to E, exposed to N and NW winds which funnel down from the Marseilleveyre hills. Mistral conditions make the anchorage untenable.
Practical
Within the Parc national des Calanques marine area. Mooring on posidonia is regulated and ecological buoys are in place in parts of the archipelago during summer months.
Ashore
Port des Goudes lies 1.1 nm to the NW for a small fishing harbour and a handful of restaurants. Callelongue village sits at the head of the next calanque with access to the GR 98 coastal path.
