Guide
Approach and anchoring
Approach from the channel of Séné at slack water; tidal streams in the Golfe du Morbihan regularly exceed 3 knots at springs. Sand and weed bottom, holding is patchy on the weed patches. Shelter from NE, E and SE; exposed to the W through S.
Practical
Forain anchorage with no services. Cale du Beluré lies 0.9 nm to the W for landing by tender; the slipway at Séné Badel is 0.5 nm to the NE.
Ashore
Île de Boëdic itself is private and closed to landing. Réserve naturelle des marais de Séné is accessible from the Beluré slip, with marked trails through the salt marshes and observation hides for avocets and black-winged stilts.
