Approach and anchoring

On the Sassafras River above its mouth on the Bay. Berths carry up to about 3 metres alongside. VHF 71.

Practical

Around 300 berths up to 110 feet, including covered slips, with long-term and transient dockage. Fuel dock, swimming pool, bath houses and a ship store. Full repair yard served by a 110-ton travel lift, the largest on the upper Chesapeake.

Ashore

The yard handles haul-out, painting, electronics, woodwork, upholstery, winterisation and shrink-wrapping on site.
