Approach and anchoring
Open approach from the east. Clear water over sand in 3 to 6 metres, no isolated dangers in the middle of the bay. Keep clear of the rocky points on either side. Mooring in the Natura 2000 zone of Bouches de Bonifacio, check the signed buoys before dropping the anchor on seagrass.
Practical

Ashore
Plage de Cala di Giunco backs the anchorage, linked by a sand spit to the islet of San Ciprianu. Coastal path north to Pointe de San Ciprianu. Beach bars and a few restaurants open in season along the Baie de San Ciprianu, about 1 km on foot.
