Approach and anchoring
Approached from the Intracoastal Waterway near the Cortez Bridge. The marina lies at 402 Church Avenue North, on the bay side of the barrier island.
Practical
40 berths in all, with 15 kept for transient boats and vessels up to 60 feet. There is a service department for boat repair and a Mercury outboard dealership. Boat and jet-ski rentals and guided bay tours run from the docks.
Ashore
The Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island are within walking distance across the island. Shops and seafood restaurants line Bridge Street, and a long-standing anchorage off the Bradenton Beach Pier sits just to the north-east.
