Guide
Approach and anchoring
Approach from the south by day on sight. Bottom of sand with rock and posidonia patches; anchor on the sand in about 10 to 15 metres to hold well and to spare the seagrass, and watch that the anchor does not foul the rock. Shelter from NW through N, NE, W and E. Fully exposed to southerly swell and to the libeccio from SW. Shift to Tizzano harbour 0.9 NM east if the wind backs south.
Practical
No facilities on site. Tizzano 0.9 NM east has a small fishing quay, two or three restaurants and a seasonal grocery. Port de Propriano 8.4 NM north is the closest full-service marina with fuel, water and electricity.
Ashore
A small sandy beach lies at the head of the cove, with easy landing by tender. The Sentier des Douaniers runs along the coast from the cove towards the Tour de Campanella and the Sénétosa lighthouse, about 6 km of coastal path with granite tafoni formations. Tizzano village and its fishing quay are a short walk or tender ride east.
