Guide
Approach and anchoring
Anchor on sand in 4 to 8 m, as close to the harbour entrance as possible for shelter from the swell. Holding is good. Swell can make the anchorage rolly, less so near the entrance. Boats can also anchor by the beach buoys in about 4 m.
Practical
Tenders land inside the harbour. Take the first channel to starboard on entering and tie up at the stainless steel ladder at its end. There were no fuel pumps in the harbour in 2025, but a filling station lies 50 m outside. A bike hire shop stands just outside the port at the start of the cycle path. A COOP supermarket is under 1 km away. Trains reach Genoa or its airport in about 40 minutes.
