Anchorage off Varazze on the Ligurian Riviera. Sand bottom, sheltered from the northern sector, open to the south. Marina di Varazze has around 800 berths and a boatyard with a travel lift.

Approach and anchoring
Anchor in about 6 m anywhere along the beach. A SE swell can set in. In November 2024 a light northerly kept the roll down in a small swell. A bigger swell with no wind can make it very rolly. The rocky stretch east of the beach has clearer water.

A dinghy harbour lies nearby, with a restaurant and a supermarket.
