The western Var in an easy week: Bandol and Bendor, Sanary, the Embiez island and its private harbour, the Brusc bay and the lagoon behind Le Gaou, Cap Sicié to round in calm weather, then the Toulon roadstead with Saint-Mandrier and Les Sablettes. At the end, the Giens peninsula, the Madrague harbour and the Almanarre beaches for kitesurfers.
