Village marina on the east shore of the Leelanau Peninsula in Suttons Bay, Lake Michigan, 16 miles north of Traverse City.

Approach and anchoring
The marina sits just east of downtown Suttons Bay on Grand Traverse Bay. Approach depth is about 25 ft and dockside depth about 10 ft. Open 15 May to 15 October. Call on VHF channel 16. Note this is not a designated harbour of refuge.
Practical
174 berths in total, 37 of them for transients, taking vessels up to 55 ft. Petrol, fresh water, 30 and 50 amp shore power, WiFi, showers, heads and a pump-out at 10 dollars. Reservations through Dockwa. New floating docks, power and water were fitted under the marina masterplan.
Ashore
Marina Park adjoins the harbour with a swimming beach, picnic tables, grills and volleyball nets. Downtown Suttons Bay shops and restaurants are a short walk west. The Leelanau Trail, a paved rail trail to Traverse City, passes through the village.
