Approach and anchoring
The marina lies on the Narrows, a shallow channel under the M-204 bridge in the village of Lake Leelanau. The whole channel is a slow no-wake zone, keep boat speed under 5 mph through it.
Practical
Berths, a fuel dock with petrol, a launch ramp, and pontoon and boat hire through the summer. Lakeside cottages, a lawn with a fire pit and picnic tables. Reach the harbour master on 231-994-2166.
Ashore
The village of Lake Leelanau is at the bridge with shops and restaurants. The Leelanau Trail, a paved rail-trail, runs from the village south toward Traverse City.
