Approach and anchoring
Approach from the east, keeping clear of Les Bourdinots rocks marked by an east cardinal to the north of the headland. Sand bottom, good holding. Open to winds from E to SE. VHF 9 for the nearby Port d'Armor.
Practical
Seasonal visitor buoys operated by the port authority. Water taxi in summer. Port d'Armor marina 0.3 NM north with fuel, water, electricity and 830 berths.
Ashore
Grande Plage de Saint-Cast stretches 2 km directly inshore. GR 34 coastal path runs along the cliffs toward Cap Fréhel, 11 km west. Shops, bakery and market on Tuesday and Friday mornings in the village centre, 400 m from the landing.
