Approach and anchoring
Reached from the Gulf of Mexico through Yellow Shark Channel. Shallow water around the approach calls for care at low water. One reported visitor on a 1.1 m draught found the entrance tight with little tide. VHF 22.
Practical
Mostly resident berths with a single transient berth. Fuel berth on site, plus Wi-Fi and a fish-cleaning station. Transients may use the pool, tiki bar, kayaks and paddleboards at Safe Harbor Angler House next door.
Ashore
Square Grouper restaurant sits on the marina grounds. World Wide Sportsman Bayside Marina and its boardwalk lie 0.6 nm to the north-east.
