Guide
Approach and anchoring
On the bay side at the end of Mastic Street, set back from the Overseas Highway. Approach and dockside depths are about 4.5 and 6.0 feet, so a sounding on entry is wise at low water.
Practical
Roughly 35 berths on fixed docks, with around 10 transient berths and a 0.5 m maximum draught noted in our data. The boatyard handles haul-out, pressure washing, bottom painting and running-gear repair, with a 75-ton travel lift taking craft up to 65 feet long and 19 feet of beam. A full-time inboard mechanic is on site. Monthly liveaboard is permitted.
