Guide
Approach and anchoring
Snake Creek cuts through the islands and links Florida Bay to the Atlantic, crossed by a road bridge with limited clearance. The bottom is weed over marl, so set the anchor with care and back down hard before trusting the holding. Open ground gives shelter from NE through SE only.
Practical
Snake Creek Marina lies 0.7 nm east with a fuel dock and a boat ramp. Chief Marine Group, a boatyard, sits a little further east. Fresh water is available ashore.
