Approach and anchoring
Manhasset Bay lies off Long Island Sound just east of the Throgs Neck Bridge and is one of the best-sheltered harbours on the Sound. Approach and dockside depths run around 2 metres at low water; the tidal range is about 2.4 metres. The marina takes vessels to roughly 53 metres.
Practical
315 berths on floating pontoons, with about 20 transient berths. Fuel berth with petrol and diesel, heads, showers and laundry, a swimming pool, fitness room and snack bar. Golf-cart service runs gear out to the pontoons.
