Approach and anchoring
Enter Great Kills Harbour from the east, picking up the flashing white Great Kills Light at the entrance off Crookes Point. The buoyed channel runs in past red nuns 2, 4, 6, 10 and green cans 3, 5, 9. Approach depth at the club pier is around 12 ft, dockside 5 ft at low water. Chart 12331 is the relevant NOAA chart.
Practical
Forty berths on a long pier with shore power at 30 amps, fresh water, ice, heads and showers ashore, and a small ship store. Visiting yachts book moorings through Dockwa. The clubhouse has a galley and two bars. No fuel berth on site; fuel is available at neighbouring marinas in the harbour.
