Approach and anchoring
Approach from the S into the shallow cove below Cap Garonne. Maximum draught 1.55 m, shoal bottom near the entrance at low water. Shelter from mistral behind the cliffs of Le Pradet, exposure to SW and S winds that set into the bay.
Practical
243 berths, mix of resident and visitor berths. Water and electricity on pontoons. Shops, bakery and restaurants of the Les Oursinières hamlet within walking distance. Le Pradet village centre around 2 km inland.
Ashore
Musée de la Mine de Cap Garonne, a former copper mine now open to visitors, around 1 km uphill. Sentier du littoral towards Plage de Monaco and Plage des Bonnettes sand beaches, less than 1 km east. Massif de la Colle Noire forest walks behind the port.
