Approach and anchoring
Open approach from the SW along the Côte Bleue. Entrance exposed to the mistral from NW and to swell from S to SW. Max draught 1 m at the pontoons.
Practical
Small municipal harbour with limited visitor capacity. Carro 1.5 NM to the SE offers a larger port with fuel. Port Maritima at Martigues lies 2.8 NM north through the Canal de Caronte.
Ashore
Sentier du littoral runs along the Côte Bleue from the port toward Carry-le-Rouet. Calanque des Tamaris and the rocky coves east of the port are reached on foot within 1 km.
